Every loaf and jar of cookie dough is baked or prepared fresh in small batches, then frozen shortly after to naturally preserve its quality—without the use of preservatives.
Your order will typically arrive fully thawed. This is expected and does not affect freshness or quality. Simply refrigerate upon arrival, or freeze for longer storage.
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday via expedited 2-Day delivery. Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT on Saturday through Friday ship the following Monday through Wednesday.
- Orders between $99–$199 (before discounts) receive $15 flat-rate 2-Day shipping.
- Many orders can accommodate an additional item without increasing shipping costs.
- Larger orders typically provide the best overall shipping value.
