Shipping Schedule

To help ensure freshness and avoid weekend transit delays, frozen orders ship Monday–Wednesday only.

• Orders placed by Saturday at noon ship during the upcoming Monday–Wednesday shipping window.

• Orders placed after Saturday at noon will ship during the following shipping week.

Frozen Delivery

Our breads, rolls, buns, and cookie dough are baked fresh, frozen, and shipped via expedited delivery.

Products may arrive partially or fully thawed. This is normal and does not affect quality or food safety. Upon arrival, simply refrigerate if you plan to enjoy them within 2–3 days or freeze for longer storage.

Flat-Rate Shipping

Frozen orders between $99 and $199 qualify for our $15 flat-rate nationwide shipping program.

Orders outside this range may receive real-time shipping rates at checkout based on destination and order contents.

Storage & Freshness

Because our products are made without preservatives, proper storage helps maintain their quality and flavor.

• Refrigerate if using within 2–3 days

• Freeze for longer storage

• Keep products sealed until ready to enjoy

Our breads and cookie dough are baked fresh, frozen, and shipped shortly after production to preserve freshness.

Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

Order Changes

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Because many orders move into production quickly, we may not be able to accommodate changes after that time.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Forage is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes unless arranged in advance.

Returns & Delivery Issues

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• Delivery date

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
